ReMA President Robin Wiener Elected to Recycling Partnership Board

(Washington, DC) – The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI) announced today that ReMA President Robin Wiener has been elected to serve on the Board of Directors of The Recycling Partnership, a national nonprofit organization that leverages corporate partner funding to aid recycling in states, cities, and communities nationwide. As the leader of the Voice of the Recycling Industry, Wiener will serve a three-year term providing expertise to advance the priorities of the organization.

“One of the most significant challenges currently revolves around the question of what does it mean for a material or a product to be recyclable,” said ReMA President Robin Wiener. “This is a priority issue for the recycling industry, and one that I look forward to working with The Partnership to help resolve through consensus across all stakeholders.”
